What the…?

(I found this from this site.)

Open a new Notepad file and type in “Bush hid the facts” (without quotations or a period). Then save it, close it, and open it again. It’ll now say “畂桳栠摩琠敨映捡獴”. I tried using an online translator to find out what it means but it didn’t work very well. Anyone know Chinese?
